We're looking for a project manager to come and work with our CEO on a variety of transformation projects across the group.

Being a project manager at Ratio
This is a new role, so being a motivated self starter capable of taking ownership and using your initiative is absolutely key. You'll be predominantly based at our office in Bournemouth town centre but you'll have the flexibility to work remotely too. You'll start with an idea, polish it into a plan, document it, draw together the resources needed to make it happen, oversee its development, measure its impact, tweak as necessary, and then move on to the next one. You'll build up a detailed knowledge of our markets, customers, and systems and processes. You'll passionately champion experiences that deliver good outcomes for both customers and the business. Your Mondays won't suck. Your Fridays will feel well-earned.

You'll fit in well if you:
🛠 have experience in project management/business analysis role, a strong commercial awareness, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities;
